Vinification of Valle Pradinhos Rose: Manual harvest by grape variety. Manual selection of bunches. Total destemming followed by light crushing of the berries. Light cold skin maceration of the Touriga Nacional grape variety. Static clarification. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees until the end of January.
