Mira Ramos is the entity responsible for processing the personal data of customers participating in the POINTS programme. This statement is intended to ensure compliance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016) GDPR.

Membership in the loyalty programme guarantees total confidentiality of each customer's personal data. By joining the Points loyalty programme, the customer authorises Mira Ramos to process personal data within the scope of the said programme, expressly consenting to the processing of their personal identification data for invoicing, reservations, and home deliveries, with the following being mandatory: NAME AND ADDRESS

The remaining data are optional, so if you consent to our processing, please indicate them on the form.

At any time, the member may update, correct, or delete their personal data by requesting it from the Mira Ramos data protection officer via email at geral@miraramos.com or by letter to the address Rua Heróis da Pátria-967, 4410-001 Arcozelo VNG, providing their identification. By requesting data deletion, or by not consenting to the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned above, the customer will no longer be able to benefit from POINTS campaigns.

Mira Ramos retains the personal data of data subjects for the duration of the relationship.
