These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and purchases made through the Mira Ramos online store.
2. Minimum age
The sale of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons aged 18 or over.
By placing an order for alcoholic beverages, the customer declares that they are of legal age to purchase them.
Mira Ramos or the carrier may request identification to confirm the recipient's age.
If it is not possible to confirm that the recipient is legally entitled to receive alcoholic beverages, delivery may be refused and the order returned to Mira Ramos.
3. Delivery area
Mira Ramos delivers to:
- Mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores;
- Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla;
- other European Union countries available at checkout;
- United Kingdom;
- Switzerland;
- Norway.
Only countries and regions for which a shipping method is available at checkout can be selected as delivery destinations.
4. Processing and delivery
Orders are normally prepared and processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
After processing, the estimated transport time is:
Portugal: 1 to 2 business days.
Other destinations: 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, promotional periods, weather conditions, carrier delays or customs procedures.
Deliveries may be carried out by DPD, CTT, UPS or GLS, depending on the destination, weight and characteristics of the order.
5. Store collection
Where this option is available, customers may choose collection from the store.
Customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection and may be asked to present proof of purchase.
Collection hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:30–20:30
Sundays and public holidays: 09:00–13:00
6. Payment and order confirmation
The following payment methods are available in the Mira Ramos online store:
- Multibanco
- MB WAY
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Payshop
The payment methods actually available may vary depending on the device, country or options shown at checkout.
The customer must select the preferred payment method during the checkout process.
The order is considered submitted once the checkout process has been completed. Order processing begins after payment has been confirmed, where applicable.
After completing the purchase, the customer receives an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
If payment is not authorised or confirmed, the order may not be processed.
7. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and characteristics of the order and are shown to the customer before the purchase is completed.
Portugal: free shipping on orders of €75 or more.
Spain: free shipping on orders of €125 or more.
For all other destinations, the shipping rates displayed at checkout apply.
Shipments to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or other charges in the destination country. These charges are not included in the amounts charged by Mira Ramos and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Prices
Prices shown on the website include VAT where legally applicable.
The price applicable to an order is the price shown to the customer at the time the purchase is completed.
Subsequent price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
9. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Mira Ramos will contact the customer as soon as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may be offered an alternative, may choose to wait for the product to become available again, or may receive a refund for the unavailable item.
No replacement will be made without the customer's agreement.
10. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting online@miraramos.com.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to cancel it before shipment.
If the order has already been dispatched, the conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy will apply.
Rights relating to withdrawal, returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products and lack of conformity are described in the relevant Returns and Refunds Policy.
11. Receipt of orders
We recommend that customers check the external condition of the parcel at the time of delivery.
If any damage, incorrect product or other issue is identified, the customer should contact Mira Ramos at online@miraramos.com as soon as possible.

12. Personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with the use of the website and orders placed through the online store is described in the Mira Ramos Privacy Policy.

14. Alternative consumer dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity.
For the Vila Nova de Gaia area, consumers may contact CICAP — Centro de Informação de Consumo e Arbitragem do Porto.
Consumers may also consult the updated list of Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities provided by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumers.
15. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and purchases made through the online store are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply.
16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Mira Ramos may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary.
Changes will not affect rights relating to orders placed before the new version comes into effect.
