The online store Mira Ramos Supermarket owned by Joaquim Fernandes Ramos, LDA It was created to offer our customers a simple, safe and convenient service, allowing them to order wines and alcoholic beverages with delivery within the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia or direct pickup at the store.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website and the purchase of products through our online store.
2. Minimum age
According to Portuguese law, the sale of alcoholic beverages is only permitted to individuals over 18 years of age.
We reserve the right to request identification at the time of delivery.
If it is not possible to confirm the legal age, the order will not be fulfilled.
3. Delivery area and reception methods
Home delivery
Available exclusively on municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, carried out by employees of the store itself, ensuring care and closeness.
However, there may be exceptions and the carrier is... DPD:
Opening hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Orders are delivered by 48hours after payment validation.
In-store pickup
The customer will be notified when the order is ready for collection, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Opening hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Sundays and Holidays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
4. Payments and confirmation
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- MBWay
The order is only processed and prepared after payment confirmation.
5. Shipping Costs
For orders superiors €100 (VAT included) - Free Shipping
For orders lower €100 (VAT included) - Shipping 7.99€
6. Prices and availability
All prices include VAT at the current legal rate.
Prices and products may be updated without prior notice, without affecting orders already paid for.
In case of stock shortage, we contact the customer to:
- suggest replacement,
- awaiting replacement,
- or refund the cost of the missing product.
7. Order cancellation
- The customer can cancel the order. before payment confirmation.
- After payment validation, we analyze the possibility of cancellation, depending on the preparation stage.
8. Quality and verification of deliveries
We guarantee that all products are carefully checked and packaged before leaving the store.
We ask the customer to also confirm the conditions at the time of delivery (see the returns section).
9. Complaints
We value customer feedback. Complaints can be submitted through:
