Vallado Reserva Red

Part of the grapes are foot-trodden in a traditional lagar. The remainder are vinified in five-ton stainless steel tanks, with temperature control and robotic pump-overs. Ageing: After malolactic fermentation, all wines are transferred to 225-liter French oak barrels, where they remain for 18 months.
