Vallado 3 Melros Red

The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in 5 and 10-ton stainless steel tanks. The must ferments for about a week at 23º - 25º C, with programmed automatic pump-overs. Ageing: Approximately 45% of the wine ages for 16 months in 225-liter French oak barrels; the remainder ages for the same period in stainless steel tanks.
