Taittinger Comtes Blanc de Blancs

The colour is pale yellow. The bubbles, very light and abundant, rise regularly to form a thin layer of foam. The nose, very pure, opens with a contrast between an already asserted intensity and a finesse revealed by aromas of pear, greengage, and white flower. The intensity, expressed with aeration, shows an aromatic richness and maturity demonstrating a wine already expressing its potential. On the palate, the attack is lively, frank, precise, dominated by flavours of enthusiastic crystallised lemon and fresh pineapple. The finish, tangy, expresses good length, combining subtlety and aromatic intensity. Contains sulphites.
