In French (2/3) and American (1/3) oak barrels.

Manual harvest. Gentle pressing of whole bunches. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 16ºC. Partial fermentation in new fine-grained French oak barrels followed by aging with lees stirring.

Intense and complex aroma of white fruits balanced by barrel aging and a mineral touch, with the "freixenista" character of the Douro Superior.
