Quinta do Boição Skin Contact Arinto

Vinification of Quinta do Boição Trilogia de Arintos - Arinto Pelicular Branco: Total destemming, skin maceration, and fermentation in contact with the skins. The white grapes are vinified using the same method as red grapes, with fermentation occurring in contact with their own skins, resulting in an orange colour, also known as "Orange Wine" (Vinho de Curtimenta). Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
