Fermentation in stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic profile). Aged for 2 years in stainless steel vats. After bottling, it rested for 6 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Notes of black pepper and black fruits, plum and blackberry. Intense, impressive on the nose. Fine tannins, pronounced astringency. Structured wine, excellent freshness and a prolonged finish. Ageing potential. Contains sulfites.
