Quasi Grande Reserva Tinto 2021 is a wine produced in the DOC Beira Interior region, specifically in Vermiosa, Figueira Castelo Rodrigo, by Raul Riba d'Ave and Rui Roboredo Madeira. The grapes come from a centenary vineyard, planted in 1905/1909, located above 700 meters of altitude, in shale soil with clay, and cultivated in dry farming.

The grape varieties used include Borrão (Alicante Bouschet), Marufo (Mourisco), Rufete, Tinta Roriz, and Tinta Amarela.
Vinification involves manual harvesting, grape selection, destemming, and fermentation in cement vats (70%) and stainless steel tanks, with controlled temperature and "delestage" technique. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels (50% new, with medium+ toast). Bottling occurred on March 24, 2023, with a limited production of 3,998 75 cL bottles, 100 150 cL magnums, and 11 300 cL double magnums.

The wine presents a deep brilliant ruby color, an aroma of ripe black fruits, dried red fruits, fine spices, and hints of wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with soft tannins, great concentration, and a long and flavorful finish. It has aging potential between 2026 and 2056, with a recommended serving temperature between 15-18°C. The alcohol content is 14.93%, total acidity 4.99 g/L, and pH 3.77.
