Known as the White Foil, it is the most iconic champagne from Maison Pol Roger. The blend brings together equal parts of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, sourced from over 30 different crus. Aged for approximately 4 years in the cellar, it presents aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers, and brioche, with subtle notes of dried fruit. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and balanced, with a creamy and persistent finish. A versatile classic, perfect both as an aperitif and with food.
