Ployez-Jacquemart Vintage Blanc Blanc Zero Dosage

A champagne made from 100% white grapes, characterised by its vivacity, freshness, and minerality. Aged for a minimum of 8 years in the cellar, it is bottled without any dosage, leaving only the natural grape sugar, which enhances the purity and signature of the different terroirs. The 2012 vintage, cold and rare in the Champagne region, produced wines with slow maturation and exceptional acidity, resulting in a dynamic, elegant, and highly precise Extra-Brut.
