Ployez-Jacquemart Plot AB390

From a historic plot located behind the Domaine, in Ludes (Premier Cru, Montagne de Reims), where the oldest Meunier vines were planted in 1955 by the founder Marcel Ployez and his son Gérard. The 2018 harvest revealed ripe and balanced fruit, resulting in a champagne of great character. The blend is uniquely crafted: 20% of the must is vinified in barrels without malolactic fermentation, preserving freshness and elegance, while 80% is vinified in vats with malolactic fermentation, expressing all the richness and intensity of the Meunier. The result is an Extra-Brut of immense charm, combining fruit, complexity, and finesse.
