Joselito Paleta is a product made from adult pigs, using the front leg, which includes the entire osteomuscular part, and which undergoes the corresponding processes of salting, curing, deboning, and finally, slicing.

The sliced meat should be stored at a temperature between 4 and 10 °C.

The product should be consumed at room temperature so that its aroma and flavour develop fully, and should be removed from refrigeration 60 minutes before serving.
