40% Aragonez, 30% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Trincadeira, and 10% Touriga Nacional. The grapes are mechanically harvested at night, ensuring they arrive at the winery with optimal freshness. The winemaking process is delicate, beginning with gentle destemming and crushing of the grapes, followed by cold pre-fermentative maceration. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled, truncated cone stainless steel tanks, and the wine partially ages in used French oak barrels, which adds complexity and elegance to the final product.
