VINIFICATION
Careful selection of grapes, destemming but no crushing.
Alcoholic fermentation lasts 10 days at a temperature of 26-28ºC.
AGEING
Malolactic fermentation and ageing in used French oak barrels for 12 months.
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, it has notes of aromatic herbs, pine needles, and wild berries. On the palate, it has wild berries,
black plum, with well-present tannins, having a long and persistent finish.
