Oceanic Arinto

Oceânico is the first wine produced by Rocim in the Azores, on Pico Island. The Arinto dos Açores grape variety was vinified to highlight the characteristics of this unique terroir. Vinification of Oceanico Arinto dos Açores Branco: Fermentation in a wooden vat at a controlled temperature. Aged for six months on fine lees.
