Ferreirinha's estates are probably the most emblematic in the Douro. Among these, Quinta do Vale Meão holds enormous symbolic significance, as it was a project conceived from scratch, the estate having been acquired as virgin land.

By its own merit, Quinta do Vale Meão is truly one of the most interesting and coveted wines in Portugal. It deservedly stands out for the quality this wine offers in every vintage it is released. The Quinta also produces a second wine, Meandro do Vale Meão, made from younger vines.
