Slow Old Vines White

Vineyard: Sandy soil of granitic origin.
Winemaking: The grapes arrive at the winery in 20kg boxes and are gently pressed. The must is decanted at 8ºC for two to three days. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts.
Tasting Notes: Wine with a slight reduction on the nose, with notes of chalk and gunpowder. On the palate, it is floral, with acidity, with notes of white stone fruit and lime blossom. It is a fresh and subtle wine.
Aging: Aged on full lees.
