Inospito Old Vines White

Inóspito Vinhas Velhas Chão de Areia Branco is made from vines over 120 years old, planted at an altitude of 500 meters in sandy soils of granitic origin. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 10 months on lees in French oak barrels, it reveals a dry, vibrant, and saline profile, with firm acidity and marked minerality. A Douro white of great verticality, austere and elegant, ideal for roasted fish, seafood, and minimalist cuisine.
