Inhospitable Rabigato

The Inóspito Rabigato branco originates from a vineyard located at 350 meters above sea level, on clay and schist soil, near the Tua river. Spontaneous fermentation, carried out with indigenous yeasts, occurs in new and used French oak barrels from the Bertrange forest, where the wine ages for 10 months on its total lees. The result is a wine that expresses the minerality, oiliness, acidity, and freshness of its unique terroir.
