Gonet Medeville Tradition Brut

Champagne produced from 70% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir, and 5% Pinot Meunier, originating from chalk soils in Bisseuil, Trépail, Mareuil-sur-Ay, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Manual harvest with a yield of 12,000 kg/ha, vinified after pressing and débourbage, with 70% in temperature-controlled tanks at low temperature and 30% in old barrels. Matured for 7 months after harvest, followed by 24 months in the cellar and a minimum of 4 months after disgorgement, with a dosage of 7 g/L. Production limited to 30,000 bottles.
