Familia Siva Branco - Red

HARVEST: Manual harvest in September 2016 from upward-sloping vineyards, at an altitude of 350m to 550m, aged between 20 and 40 years.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvest into 20kg crates. The grapes were carefully selected on a sorting table and then destemmed. Fermentation took place in a lagar with indigenous yeasts. It finished with an 18-month aging period in used French oak barrels.

ENOLOGY: Pedro Branco

FOOD PAIRING: Ideal with oven-baked fish dishes, all types of meat, game dishes, and more intense cheeses. An excellent companion for any moment of leisure. The ideal serving temperature is between 15ºC and 18ºC.
