Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. Aged for 48 months in the bottle. Straw yellow color. Fresh aroma with intensity. Very elegant, with the presence of fruits such as green apple and pineapple. Balanced and delicate palate, with fresh flavors and notes of dried fruit and chocolate biscuits. Contains sulfites.
