A fresh, elegant, precise white wine, whose nose and taste evoke the magic of rice powder. A wine where less is more, made in concrete vats from the 15 grape varieties found in an old Dão vineyard. Citrusy, floral, and mineral, with a fresh nose and delicate, light elegance (it's 13% but you wouldn't know it, such is its balance), and a fine palate, offering a consistent tasting experience. A wine where the oenology "simply" enhanced nature, and a collaboration between Defio Wine, Carlos Raposo, Burel Factory (which designed the beautiful and fitting burel label), and WiseShape (100% Portuguese concrete vats).
