Aging: 12 Months in French Oak Barrels

The wine is produced from an indigenous grape variety, meaning it exists exclusively in the Colares Demarcated Region. The vineyard has the particularity of being planted in soils traditionally known as "sandy soil", with ungrafted vines. The climate is very specific due to its proximity to the sea and the Sintra mountain range. The temperature is mild and throughout the year, the relative humidity is high. The wine expresses all this climatic and pedological specificity of the region.
