Casa Cadaval Colheita Branco is a regional Tejo wine that expresses the typical elegance and freshness of this Portuguese wine region. Made from Arinto, Gouveio, and Fernão Pires grape varieties, it presents a delicate and refreshing aromatic profile, perfect for sunnier days or to accompany light and sophisticated dishes.
Citrus-colored with greenish nuances, this wine reveals a fine aroma with tropical and citrus notes, enveloped by a subtle floral touch. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and elegance, with good amplitude, balanced acidity, and a persistent mineral finish.
Vinification includes total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature, and aging on fine lees for one month, which gives it complexity and a creamy texture.
