Car Tinto Magnum

Full destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock were performed, followed by a period of cold pre-fermentative maceration in a lagar for about 12 to 24 hours, after which the musts were transferred to wide and shallow fermentation vats. Maceration for 8 days at 22ºC.
