Tasting Notes - Aroma: Very fresh, aromatically the fruit notes are enveloped by a discreet presence of the barrel where it partially fermented.

Taste: On the palate it is smooth, enveloping with refreshing acidity. It has a long finish.

Harvest/Vinification: Manual harvest, fermented partly in stainless steel tanks and 20% in French oak barrels.
