Aliás Branco 2021 is a unique wine from the Bairrada region, made with 100% Bical, one of the authentic grape varieties that reveals all the richness and singularity of the region's terroir.

The vinification of Aliás Branco 2021 follows an artisanal process, starting with the direct pressing of the grapes into used French oak barrels, followed by natural fermentation. The prolonged aging of 12 months on fine lees in oak barrels gives it complexity and structure. Its alcohol content of 12% and total acidity of 6.2 g/l offer balance and freshness, with a striking minerality and a deep aromatic profile.

This wine is a true tribute to old Bical vines, being a limited and carefully produced batch, with only 2,000 bottles available.
