WINEMAKING
Made from grapes from old vineyards in Criação Velha, fermented in
stainless steel tanks (80%) and used barrels (20%)
AGEING
Aged for 7 months on fine lees.
TASTING NOTES
With a mineral profile, this wine made from the Verdelho grape variety has aromas of
citrus fruits, sea algae and displays all its volcanic character. The palate
is vibrant and refreshing, mineral and very saline. The finish is very long and
enveloping.
