Azores Lands of Lava

VINIFICATION
Made from a blend of native Azores grape varieties (70%) and diverse
European grape varieties (30%). After careful selection of the grapes,
fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of
15°C.
AGEING
Aged on fine lees for 4 months, after which the wine was bottled.
TASTING NOTES
Greenish-yellow colour. The aroma highlights notes of tropical and citrus fruits
enveloped in a beautiful volcanic ensemble. On the palate, it has volume,
great freshness and minerality. It has an enveloping, salty, and persistent finish.
