Quinta San Michel Malvarinto de Janas White

Grapes harvested manually, into 20kg buckets, then transported to the winery. Destemming and crushing of the bunches, direct pressing. Decantation for 24 hours. Fermentation ½ in barrels, and ½ in stainless steel for 20 days.

10 months in a blend of French (10% new barrel), American, and Hungarian oak barrels on the lees, and 18 months in bottle.
