Vinification: Génese is from Monção and Melgaço, 100% Alvarinho, made from selected vineyards on the mountain slope. The vinification involves blending slow fermentation in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation and 20% aging in Mixtus barrels, barrels constructed with woods of different origins.
