Diplomatico Ambassador rum is an exquisite rum, crafted from the distillery's finest reserves. After a minimum of twelve years of aging in white oak barrels until it reaches optimal maturity, the rum is aged for a further two years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, contributing to the Ambassador's complex sensory profile. This unparalleled rum presents aromas reminiscent of Port wine, dried fruit and cigar boxes. On the palate, it reveals itself to be complex, with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and toasted oak, culminating in a long and pleasant finish.
