The parcels face east and have schist soils, with altitudes ranging from 120m to 260m, combining concentration, freshness, and elegance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter manual harvesting, the grapes are transported in 18kg capacity crates to avoid\u003cbr\u003edamaging the integrity of the bunches. Once at the winery, the crates are unloaded onto a\u003cbr\u003esorting table for the first selection of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, berry-by-berry selection, and crushing, with the grapes then transported by gravity to wooden\u003cbr\u003eand stainless steel vats.
