Their champagne is based, above all, on the unique expertise of their team, who religiously tend a 100-hectare estate and source their grapes from a total area of 300 hectares across 40 Champagne crus. Most of the grapes used come from Epernay, in the lands of Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley.\nIts pale pink color is adorned with warm golden reflections, and its delicate, slowly rising bubbles give it a persistent mousse. This cuvée reveals a subtle aroma that leads to an elegant and delicate bouquet of perfect red fruit notes.
